The Colonie Soccer Club is pleased to offer recreational soccer opportunities for children in our community each spring and fall on our fields at the Lisha Kill Sports Complex.
The CSC Recreational Programs each consist of six weeks of 60 minute games and instruction led by volunteer coaches who are usually parents of players.
Children from Pre-K (3 1/2 years old) through 10th grade are eligible to participate. Residency in the Town of Colonie is NOT required to register for our Rec Program.
Note: 9th and 10th graders playing on Colonie school or CSC travel teams are not eligible to participate in the Rec Program.
Cost is $90 per player. Colonie Soccer Club offers discounts for families registering more than one player. Registration Deadline is August 24th.

We’re thrilled to announce upgrades to the CSC fields. Along with fresh paving (Thank you, Town of Colonie!), the club will be reconfiguring the fields and purchasing brand new, permanent, professional-quality goals for all the fields in need!
These facility investments will allow our Rec Program to offer the same field layouts as those playing on travel and competitive programs, which will support age-appropriate skill building and help to deepen your player’s understanding of soccer.

Times/Schedule subject to change depending on participation and the number of teams per age group. A final schedule will be released after registration closes.
Equipment:
– Players in grades K-2 are not allowed to wear cleats.
– For those in grades 3 and up, cleats are allowed but not required.
– All players must wear shin guards.
– Shirts will be provided to each player based on team assignment.
– Players will only need to bring their shin guards and water bottle on rec days.
– Soccer balls will be provided at the fields.
Coaching a team:
– All coaches for our rec teams are parent volunteers.

In the event we need to cancel a rec session due to inclement weather, we will try our best to reschedule the session at the end of the officially scheduled season.
